Q:Does this come with the rod pocket. Need more clarification on how you hang this in your window.

A:  This panel has 'rod slots' at the top. You can use a variety of curtain rods for hanging depending on where and how you'd like to install it. Rod options could include - tension rod (consider using black), projection rod (consider using black) or small diameter decorator rod in black.
