We currently have real red oak hardwood with natural finish in the rest of our house, and would like to use this in neighboring family room. Is it possible to get a sample to check for match before we order since it isn't displayed or sold in our Mattoon IL store?
Asked by: Nervous
We have Bruce real red oak in our main living area (nor bedrooms). Only difference is that the Bruce flooring is the 2 1/2 wide plank while this HM is 4 3/4 wide. Even at junction of the two floors the match was very close. I believe this product also comes in narrower width, which may be what you'd want to consider. I wouldn't rely on any same you may get as color and grain of product varies quite a bit from box to box, which is what you want to look real.

If I was to clean using a wet mop, what solution would I use? I understand that microfiber mops and vacumes are used to pick up debris and dirt, but I would also like to clean using some sort of wet solution that won't destroy the wood over time.
Asked by: Monica
I have a Bissell Crosswave that vacuums and washes at the same time using a formula specifically from Bissell Crisswave for floors. Because of the constant suction, liquid is immediately removed and no debris or dampness between boards. So easy, looks great, and no warping or damage to the finish from being exposed to excessive dampness.
