Questions & Answers

How do I take care of the scratches, tried using the stain but it won’t work. I would like to repair.

Asked by: Gen
Stain is good for touching up scratches that have cut into the wood to restore color. If scratches are in the clear coat only, recoating the area with additional urethane would be the preferred repair.

No acclimation period is required for our click floors. However, if the flooring will be stored for a period of time prior to installation, it should be kept in a climate controlled area consistent with the area of installation.
