Q:I cannot find the float that tells you how full it is i need the whole assembly this is for a sideways indicator not the top to bottom one. unable to order parts for that item.

Q:So how do I replace my filter(media pad) if you don't ship to Hawaii and the stores here don't carry them? I purchased my Hessaire air cooler here at the Honolulu store but can't get replacement filters now.

A: You can ask the store manager to put these on special order for you and have the store manager ask the RMM: regional marketing manager to ask the merchant to assort these to the stores. Most of the stores in the continental Southwest carry parts.

A: I live in Tucson Arizona. We have super hard calcifying water. We sit in our backyard and use the cooler daily from about April to November. Here you really should replace it every year. Really no way to ?clean? cardboard. Worth it.

A: I get about two summers before it gets icky enough that it wants replacing-outside in the desert. With nicer water quality, less dust, and good care, I'd guess you could get as much as four or five years out of it.
