What A Great Deal!
Everything included that's needed for a quick and super easy tire replacement. I've already tested it with a super heavy load with no problem. The wheel turns freely and the rubber seems quite durable.

Terrible. The rim\wheel are out of square to the axel thus the tire wobbles. Mounted on existing axel and spinning shows it’s obvious the metal rim is the main issue. Empty wheelbarrow down a flat driveway and the barrow bounces and wiggles, I could see and feel the action. Removed air and broke the bead to reseat the tire twice and still an issue. Put old tire\wheel on and not an issue (except doesn’t hold air, which is reason for the change). Returned it to HD, except for the aggravation of having to drive there, the return policy was easily. Purchased a tire and tube from another and all is well, no bounce or wiggle.
