- Battery will Operate for about 1,000 openings of the Power Pet Door
- If you leave your Power Pet Door plugged in with the battery installed the battery will automatically switch on during loss of power, such as during a thunderstorm.

The Best Way to Power my Pet Door!
I love being able to power my pet door without running a cord along the floor! When I first bought my PX-1 I had to run a cord around the corner and the dog would knock it out of the wall. With this kit I never have this problem and no longer have Krash barking at me to let him out. I would recommend this battery kit to anyone who owns the door! Totally worth the buy.
