Removing the protective plastic is tiresome. Using a heat source will help break down the adhesive making it easier to remove.
Will this work with a covered deck that is 110 inches tall?
Heater is 91 in tall. You will need 24 in minimum of clearance.
Is it safe to put this on a wooden deck?
Yes. The flame doesn't start until the top f the solid piece. The propane tanks sits inside the solid base, so the bottom of the heater remains completely cool.
