Looking for a new shower door as I just remodeled the shower. Previously had a sliding glass door...
Looking for a new shower door as I just remodeled the shower. Previously had a sliding glass door and wanted a hinged shower door. Decided on this door after it met all of the specs for the space. I will admit I did not install the door for almost 1.5 months after picking it up. I went to install it and found quality to be very low. The directions that come with it are not very good. I suggest using the BILT app that the company states you can use as it takes you step by step. I originally thought I was missing a part that holds the stationary part of the glass to the wall (kind of an important piece) however I realized I did have it. I overlooked it because I was looking for a piece of metal with pre drilled holes as stated in the instructions. So I had to drill my own holes which wasn't a big deal once I figured it out. Then once I was trying to install the hinged side of the glass door, the actual glass panel started to slide out of the metal frame that holds it together. This is a really big deal because the glass will simply fall off and shatter. I pulled off the metal frame and there was hardly any adhesive on the glass at all (I have attached a picture). I tried calling the company to complain but they are closed on the weekends. Now I have to wait until next weekend to possibly get a replacement door (if the company has good customer care). Good thing I have a spare bathroom. I might try some industrial adhesive to reconnect the glass door to the hinge frame but I feel like I shouldn't have to do this will the amount of money I payed for this door.

There is very little adjustability for this door. We had to router out the trim around the shower on both sides in order to make the door for. We called the company for assistance, and they were accessible, but even their rep said that there is more adjustability with the sliding glass door. Otherwise, we are happy with the look, the quality of the glass and how securely the door closes.

The install instructions are horrible and NOTHING is labeled...what should have been a few hrs turned into 2 days...
