Do these have hooks on both end for head & foot boards? Pic appears to have hooks on one end only

What are the flimsy metal rods for? They dont seem to fit anywhere? Also, was this supposed to come with cross beams?
Model # 401R-I is a hook on rail system for a TWIN/FULL sizes. The metal wires are for the support of the box spring. Please review purchased item as photos show no center section and there is not one for this model. It is just the 2 metal rails and the 2 metal wires
How do you adjust length
Do these rails have hooks at both ends? I do not want screw or bolt on one end.
this one is for the hook-on ends. There is also the bolt on option, but it would be under a different part number.

no this is for twin/full
no the 401R-I is only for Twin/ Full. Desired one for queen is 490R-I as that is for a Queen/ Eastern King.
