The mini blinds were very easy to install. I bought these without having them cut. The width was perfect. The length of the blind was several inches to long. I was able to remove several slats very easily by removing the three caps on the bottom of the rail , perfect

These lights are great. I like that they have 50 bulbs so I don't have to be strings sets of 25. Have gotten several compliments on them. They look great on my house.
