I was so excited, but....

I was really excited for these considering the price is much more reasonable than other Nutcracker deco, plus these light up! We placed them on our covered porch next to our door. This weekend I noticed the paint on them is chipping off. They have only been out there a few weeks and are covered!

They look great, but....

They look great for it's intended purpose. I bought 12 of them at retail price so kinda hefty investment only for me to make the mistake of not reading "covered outdoor" paint is fading quickly as it's taking on direct elements. I hope it last the holiday season. I definitely have to touch it up for next years use. Please read the label people. I was too excited to decorate for my wife's 50th Birthday Gift which is always decorating the exterior of the house. This year went "off the hook!"
