I have the switch set for the light to be on indefinitely but it’s only on for about two seconds then turns off. This is frustrating for something this price. What can be done to correct this?
We unboxed this and had it set up in the driveway. Worked just fine moved forward and then back. We unplugged and moved it to another level part of the ground and now does not move forward more than 6 inches. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

Yes, the Creeping Spider is designed for outdoor use. However, we recommend placing it on a flat, stable surface and using the included stakes to secure it properly. Installing it on a roof is not a recommended setup and may affect both safety and operation.
Does it come apart for storage?

If I mount this on top of my porch overhang, will the motion sensor still work for people on the ground? It says 4 meter and 80* up and down sensor zone…

Mounting the spider on top of a porch overhang is not a recommended installation method, as it may affect both operation and safety. For best performance, the motion sensor should be used in the standard ground-level setup described in the assembly instructions.
How much space does it require for full range of motion walking forward and returning to start?
Hello! Thank you for your question. The Creeping Spider measures approximately 70 in. W × 68 in. D when assembled and moves forward and backward on its rolling track. For full operation, we recommend allowing a clear area at least as large as the spider's footprint, with additional space in front and behind the track for unobstructed movement.
Mine moves forward then trys to move backwards and gets stuck then the motor gets loud and then they spider just stops
