Q:I have downloaded the LEDUP app on my iPhone but I can’t get it to work. Nothing is changing any of the lights on the tree. I have held down the 2 buttons per the directions, but nothing happens. Any tips on how to get the app to work? Thx!

Prettier than I was expecting!
Been using a non-lit artificial from a high end tree place but I struggled to find lights that were bright enough and couldn't stand stringing them. Decided to try a "cheaper" pre-lit and liked the twinkling of this one. Seemed too bright when I first put it up but I load my tree with decor so once it was decorated it was PERFECT. Just what I was looking for! One complaint is branches aren't strong enough to hold my light-up star. All prior trees could. But no problem holding my ornaments.

Beautiful, but…
This is a beautiful tree, it is, but I did return it. I just did nit care for the multicolored lights. The color was just too different for me. The white lights were beautiful and so very bright, a little too bright for our space. Given the cost, I couldn’t justify keeping it not being 100% with it. I did love the flocking though!

We love our new Christmas tree! It is so full and has so many lights and options to light the tree. It works from the remote or an app on your phone. The flocking coating the branches is on really well- no flaking or mess if you accidentally touch it. It was so simple putting it up- no fluffing- just push one section into another and ready to decorate!!

Suprised my wife with the new tree she is completely inlove with it we saw it first at home depot and honestly it was the best one on display we are both satisfied pictures dont do justice to it but all my visitors love !

Awesome tree
This had to be the EASIEST tree to put together! I was done probably within 15 minutes. Plugged in and each section worked, not really much fluffing as per my other trees. I added some red lights, since i love just red and white lights, i do red, silver ornaments. Pics of just with the lights, will decorate on my day off. I have to say this tree is beautiful and cant wait to add my decor. Im glad i decided on this tree, purchased a smaller flocked tree for the kitchen and fell in love with it even though i had to restring new lights (not from Home Depot). Really not much mess, read the tag on the remote, forget the foot petal, set your theme of lights and use the remote for on/off, this way you wont lose your choice of lights. So easy, very happy!

HOLY SMOKES!!!
WOW WOW WOW!!!! I don’t know what else to say about this tree!! It is so gorgeous. Straight of of the box it was completely fluffed. It fell in to place as we pieced it together. Literally took less than 2 mins to assemble. I was so excited I was able to snag one of these. It was out of stock 2 days later. The pictures do not do it justice I swear. Everyone has been obsessed with it and so am I. I can’t stop looking at it. I love the different light settings on the tree as well!!!!!!!!!!
