What if no remote came with my tree but I want white only mode

If your tree didn’t come with a remote but you want the white-only mode, you can usually press and hold the button on the light control box (located on the trunk near the bottom) for about 5 seconds to cycle into the steady white setting. If that doesn’t work or the control box isn’t responding, please give our customer service team a call at 888-919-0070, Hours: 8 AM–5 PM MST (Mon–Fri), and we’ll be glad to help you get a replacement remote or review warranty options. The main power cord has a button that can be pressed by foot to change the tree light modes.
My tree has been up since Nov 27th. It has been set up as steady color. Yesterday my lights started alternating between white and color. I have followed all of the troubleshooting instructions. Any other options to fix?

I had the same problem, however since I have it on a timer, the tree goes into demo mode after going off and on all day. If you hold the button down on the cable for 10 seconds until it blinks, it will come out of demo mode.
The tree has been up 1 month and this morning it won’t stay on colored light setting anymore. We have tried everything. It will only default to blinking back and forth from white to colored. What do I do?
Try holding down the combo button on the remote to reset the display feature!
Hi this happened to us. it’s in the DEMO mode, you have to press combo button for 5 secs and it takes it off demo
