A:  Well, I suppose you could… I don’t think it will hurt anything; just a small amount of WD-40 usually works for situations akin to that which you’ve described. There’s probably a number of lubrication products that could do the trick. I dunno if it really matters. Obviously, it’s important for you though, so, give it a shot. Just be careful around the plastic areas…direct the flow of lubricant onto the mechanical joint.

A:  Hi Braiden! Thank you for your question. The Inferno Reaper is rated for indoors/covered porch. We do not recommend setting it up directly outside. As long as it is on a dry, elevated surface and its covered, your item will be fine outside. If this item is exposed to rain, it may damage your product and create a risk for electric shock since this item is not designed to be outdoor rated. I hope this helps!
