Q:Our Reaper was working fine and now all the sudden, it won't turn on - none of the modes work. The power is not the issue and I can't see any reason it wouldn't work all the sudden; all cords are plugged in/checked, etc. Anyone else have this problem?

Q:The timer function on my reaper doesn't work. When turned to timer everything turns completely off. On and sensor work. How do I fix the timer function?

Just Awesome!
This Reaper is fantastic. I have taken issue with the quality of many of the HD product this year, returned several items and wished I had returned a few more (i.e., the creeper skeletons). However, this is not one of those items. He is well made and the cloak is amazing; it's heavy and well made so it hangs & lays beautifully. I love the fact that I can turn the sound off and leave the lights on. He is very spooky and the perfect addition to our cemetery. He is worth every penny!

Eyes stop lighting up
Really had high hopes for this but the eyes no longer light up. Not worth the money. Really wish I could take it back

This Reaper Rocks!
It was love at first sight! This dude is just the right size and in my opinion good quality. It took me 45 mins (with my kids helping) probably could have done it faster but my kids were excited to put (Rodger) the reaper together.
We absolutely love it! It has 5 phrases and the speaker sounds good. It also has a timer feature, sensor, and the on feature that just keeps the lights on “no phrases”.
Well worth the money!

Spooky Fun!
Totally worth going to several stores to find this guy! Super easy to assemble. I just needed a step ladder. Took less than an hour.

This guy is AWESOME
Super happy with our new reaper (Dave.) He was easy to build and the light up effects are a great touch. He is pretty large - just about reaches our ceiling. Very happy with the quality. We will see how well he holds up outdoors - He is going in a covered area in front of our house. Can't wait for October!

Scaryyy
This thing is so tall and scaryyyy. Easy to put together. Sad that it’s not recommended for outdoor uncovered use but I don’t care cause its still awesome. The chest lights up as if he has fire. Eyes light up as well and he talks. Overall, its a really cool prop.
