Hi Santa, Thank you for the question. Disassembly is pretty straight forward for this item. It can easily be taken apart in the reverse order of how its built. When you're taking the product out of the box, its a good idea to take pictures of how everything was placed in the box from the beginning. I purchased this Santa last month and put it together this past Friday. Spent 30 mins trying to get the arms to line up correctly. See attached pictures as this is the only way to attached both arms. What can I do without returning the Santa?

Does this Santa come boxed or whole
Boxed. Santa is in multiple pieces for easy storage. Largest part is his torso. He is strewn across my yard like a horror film victim. Looks like he is easy to reassemble and will be sturdy, like the 12 foot Skeleton.
