Is this mirror made in USA?

I don't believe so. If it were made in the USA, it would be a much more expensive and more well-made mirror. To the best of my knowledge, all Home Decorators pieces are "made in China."

The picture on the website had a hard time showing what this mirror looks like. Unfortunately, this mirror is not sold at our local store, so the only way to see it in person is to order it. Despite being very well packaged, the mirror arrived cracked so it was returned for that reason and we chose to not re-order since it really didn't look as nice as we anticipated. It not a bad mirror but nothing special.

Hangars glued to the back were not the same distance from the top and side edges of the mirror requiring some additional adjustments to the layout on the wall. Not a big deal if you can read a ruler.
