I hadn't realized they made tension rods in thicker circumference...
I hadn't realized they made tension rods in thicker circumference until I found one at Home Depot. I bought it immediately (about $15) and hung it up easily when I got home.

Just what I wanted
Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to use it to hang cleaning supplies instead of having them take up room underneath the sink. Seeing some of the other reviews, I was unsure about the tension and holding power. No major problems. I saw in some reviews the weight restrictions might not be enough for what I wanted to do because of the weight of the cleaning product bottles. But another reviewer said it could accommodate higher weight if you can put some hooks to take some of the weight off the bar itself and also keep the bar in place. That’s what I did, and it’s working like a champ.

Well made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tension rod has changed the way I feel about Curtains. I’ve always been more of a blinds person due to the haste of getting the rod the right length, then hanging the curtains, having it be sturdy enough to hold up, etc.
First off i love the decorative look of this rod. The rubber stoppers are sturdy while still being decorative. The rod easily twists to lengthen and stays in place even when not placed which has been an issue with previous rods I’ve tried.
The rod is lightweight enough or me to lengthen and put in place with curtains on while standing on a stool (yay for being 5’1). It easily went in place and stayed put after making the proper adjustments. I’d definitely recommend for anyone’s looking for an easy update to any room!

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this tension rod to use for my shower to hold the curtain. Easy to use. Stays in place once you put it where you want it. This tension rod is well made. I will definitely use this product again.

Renovated my RV and used this rod to hang curtains at the head of my bed. The current blinds do not match the overall them, but good for black out purposes. However, the tension rod was the perfect solution to hang my DIY curtains and cover them. Even while driving my RV, the tension rod did not budge. I would definitely recommend this product.

Just what I needed!
The curtain was a thicker material and I needed a strong rail. The window being an unusual size had limitations. This thicker rod is perfect for the job.
