I love this modern fan. The remote allows a wide range of fan speeds and light intensity. You can reverse the motor for winter or summer right from the remote. The light is very bright when needed, but can be dimmed to a very low intensity. The instructions for installation were somewhat confusing, but in the end this is a great fan.

Seldom do you purchase a product that you like and surpasses all your expectations. This is true of the Montel ceiling fan. It has great features such as breeze control, a timer, and variable speeds. The LED light with dimer can fill a large room with plenty of light.
This Montel fan has a unique feature. The blades are set at a slight angle, which catches the air as it rotates, as opposed to fans that just slice the air.
My family and I are very satisfied, and we are enjoying the comfort that the Montel fan is giving us.

The fan really helped to add a nice look and additional options to my daughters room. It is big and has 3 levels of fan speed to cool the room how you want it. It runs on remote which helps changes without pulling strings or use power switches. It wasn't as shiny as the picture led me to believe but when I received it I was glad because the fan legs were the same color as the base and look great together. Beautiful item and I couldn't be happier!

The 56 in. Montel LED Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan with light & remote control has 2 finishes of blades to choose from, either the seasoned wood finish or silver finish which i think is very modern looking and goes very well with the silver metal blade arms. The whole look of this ceiling fan is updated and very sleek in appearance with no screws showing. It has 9 speeds and has a timer for 2, 4, 6 or 8 hrs or you can disable the timer. The makers, Home Decorators Collection made a few steps easier by assembling them already like the mounting bracket/collar ring, light kit mounting plate/screw, also the receiver for the remote control is pre-installed which saves time. There is also a lifetime warranty on the motor itself and a 2 year warranty on other components. What i really like about this fan is that it can be mounted either using the down rod & ball socket way or the flush mount -no longer have to compromise on the style of ceiling fan that i really want due to my ceiling! This 56 in fan is pretty big, should do a superb job of cooling down even a large house, what with the highest CFM speed being 5866!

56 in. Montel LED Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan With Light and Remote Control. Very easy and a simple enough installation plus the remote is an ideal way to skip or bypass the switch on the wall. The L.E.D. lights are very bright and the added convenience of remote control allows you to adjust the brightness of the light or the speed of the fan. I think it's a great ceiling fan, much better than the older models with the pull chains, or lighbulbs that always burn out. . I had a few of those kinds of fans before switching over to remote controls. Yes, I would recommend this to all who are looking to change things up a bit and add a modern touch and convenience.

The Home Decorators Collection is a Home Depot exclusive item that has a lot of bang for the buck. The fan blades are made from plywood not plastic. The receiver for the remote control is per-installed which makes the fan much easier to wire up. The company did a great job hiding the external screws which gives the fan a cleaner look. This fan is for indoor use and not recommended in wet conditions. The remote control is impressive with many different functions including a breeze setting and 9 speeds forward and 4 in reverse. The blades are tilted so it produces a lot of air outward not just straight down plus the motor is DC not AC so it saves on electricity.

Very nice fan. Looks great and very easy to install (which is why I bought it). Alexa integration works well and the fan is quiet and smooth. LED light is also very bright and a great color temp. No complaints.
