AnswerHi DonnaK - we have this set of sheets and love them! For your question - it may be less expensive to just have your king size pillowcases altered by a seamstress to fit your standard size pillows rather than trying to find separate standard size pillowcases to buy individually. Just a thought.

We replaced an expensive sheet set purchased when we bought a new air mattress. Although the thread count wasn't that good the sales person indicated that was not the only factor in judging the comfort/quality of a sheet set. All I know is this 600 thread count sheet set is more comfortable and the sheets are big enough to stay secure even on a very tall mattress. The pillow cases seem a little large but maybe it's just time for new pillows.

Our mattress, with a 3 inch gel topper and a mattress pad makes the height just over 14 inches. These sheets are large enough to tackle that which is what we were looking for. The fact that they are 600 thread count makes them feel nice and smooth when we get into bed. Since they are cotton, they do come out of the dryer a bit wrinkly but there hasn't been any pilling and the care directions state to just wash on normal cycle in warm water. The pillow cases seem a bit larger than necessary for our pillows.

The first thing that struck me about this Queen sized bedding set was the super-efficient package that it came in. There was an awful lot material in that small plastic bag and once out there was no way it would ever go back in.
The bedding has a silky smooth feel to the touch and it is a pleasure to make up the bed with these sheets. The woven silver accent line looks classy.
A guest slept in these sheets for two nights and they were very happy with the feel of the material and they enjoyed restful sleep. The bedding washed nicely as well and it was easy to fold and store after drying.

First purchase of linen from HD but a great deal and quality product. The sheets are sateen feel and constructed nicely for extra deep mattress. Feel is a 9/10 but definitely worth the price. You would need to spend $200 for top quality sheets.

Beautiful, soft and silky-feeling sheets with very generous depth and large pillowcases. Did a lot of research on quality cotton sheets. Home Depot's price and reviews along with my prior experience with their Home Decorator selections persuaded me to give these a try. The "raindrop" color is a sort of very light, soft blue with a rich looking sheen. I happened to get them at $68 which made me even happier.

We love these sheets. We bought our first set a few weeks prior to this one when it appeared as a daily special at a 30% discount. They are extremely comfortable and are obviously higher quality than sheet sets we have bought over the years. We liked them so much we decided to get another set even though they were no longer 30% discounted. Very happy with this product and recommend.

I am very pleased with the way the fitted sheet actually stays on the oversized mattress! (Never had one actually stay on more than a couple of days!) It has elastic bands on the corners which go under the mattress to keep it in place. This does make getting it on a little more challenging, but it stays! They are a little stiff for my liking and as a set they make noise every time you turn over. And as a set they tend to hold in more heat which is great in the winter, but probably not in the summer. We use the fitted sheet with a different flat sheet and it works perfectly. I wish they offered the fitted sheet by itself. I would definitely purchase more.
