Do the colored lights twinkle as well, or just the white lights?

If you are asking about "bottom branch clearance", the distance from the bottom branch to the floor is 17.5 inches. All SMART Grand Duchess trees come with Color Changing LEDs. Does the 7.5 ft require tons of fluffing?
Hello Dawn. Thank you for your question. All SMART Grand Duchess trees are designed with Memory Wire branches that are hinged attached to the center pole. This ensures minimal fluffing as the branches fall into place when assembled and the branches hold their shape. Bought 9 foot FLOCKED tree few days ago. Came yesterday. Opened box and this is not looking flocked to me!
Hello Macrox. Thank you for reaching out with your question. Please note the new Flocked 9 ft. SMART Grand Duchess does not come with a heavy/chunky flocking as in past years. The new thinner flocking is much easier to care for while still providing the "lightly snowed" look. If you feel the tree you received is in error, please e-mail a picture to our Warranty Center at customerservice@ledup.com so we can confirm. An unflocked tree will have very green needle tips.
