Rusted/faded after a year!
We had our home painted last summer and decided to splurge on new coach lights for the garage and a pendant for over the front door. We paid $85 times four and had them professionally installed. They looked great and we got tons of compliments! After only a year, these black lights have faded to almost gray and are all showing signs of rust. I sent in a warranty claim to Home Depot that still hasn’t been resolved. Don’t buy these if they’ll be outdoors because they aren’t meant for the elements!

6 months in and already starting to rust!
This light is beautiful and looks great on our house, however, all 7 that we have purchased are starting to rust! So very disappointed!! I guess you get what you pay for seeing that they we’re definitely the cheapest lights for the size that they are.

This is a great lamp with heavy-duty construction. I have attached pics of details to better illustrate this. It appears to be supported by a bracket like a hanging lantern. it is supported by the bracket, but it also has a lower connection from the lamp to the wall plate. This connection is welded to the lamp and connects to the wall plate with a nut. This is also where the power line runs. This double connection makes for a very stable install. It should hold up to whatever weather it encounters as long as the mounting plate does not fail.

Very attractive design. My previous lighting had a taller finial top that looked awkward almost touching the top of my porch ceiling. This design fits the space much nicer and looks so much better. Plus, it was super easy to install. And one 60W bulb gives off just the right amount of light for my porch area. It seems the product will last a lengthy life and it looks fantastic!

Very attractive design. I tested it first by installing it on my porch rather than above my 2 car garage door. I am glad I did that prior to climbing the ladder, because the light of chandelier bulbs will definitely not be enough to light my garage door area sufficiently from the height it would shine down from. I still love the design and would recommend it as long as you are aware of the amount of illumination it will provide.

This drop-down design just looks so much more appropriate and gives my porch an updated look. Plus, it was super easy to install. A 60W bulb gives off just the right amount of light for my porch area. It seems very sturdy and looks fantastic!

Very attractive design. My previous lighting had a taller finial top that looked awkward touching the porch ceiling.
