D x 35.85 in H), Brown - The dresser was well packed and protected for shipping; lots of thick cardboard pieces to protect the corners and top. The color is a dark-chocolate look like the pictures. When the light shines on it, you can see some different tones with the grain. The tapered legs give it a modern look and they are easy to screw on once you get it unpacked. The drawers are dovetailed. When we unpacked the dresser, one of the bottom drawers didn't want to slide back in after it was opened, it was sticking out 5 inches. I made sure nothing was blocking it inside and then very slowly pushed it in a little at a time, that worked! We removed all the drawers to lighten the load before moving it upstairs. There is a little lever on each side of the drawer glide and you have to pull up on one side and push down on the other side to release the drawer. It helps to have two people to line the drawers up to put them back in. You do have to push a little harder on the drawers to get them adjusted with the tracks. This dresser is deeper than the standard size, so make sure you have enough room. I noticed a few rough spots on the wood and one of the drawers shows a line where the wood was jointed together. Luckily, that drawer is on the bottom and isn't as noticeable.

This came very carefully packaged so as to not damage any of this beautiful dresser. It took longer to un package the unit than it did to set up the dresser. Removing the dresser from the package 10 minutes. Setting up the dresser 5 minutes. Super easy install. This gorgeous dresser came fully built with the exception of needing to put on the four tapered legs and then the middle leg that supports the entire dresser. This is a high quality piece of furniture. The wood is absolutely beautiful and matches my bed and other furniture in my room. It really adds a lot of class to any bedroom. The rich deep wood color is unmatched from what I have seen in stores. The drawers open and close easily and have a secure table that holds the drawers in so that little kids cannot easily open them. The unit comes with good instructions and a kit that connects to the wall to prevent the dresser from tipping over on little kids. Super easy to install. I copied this off of the description page. The quality matches the price which is actually very reasonable considering what a nice dresser this is. I have gotten a ton of comments from family and friends who have seen it. All positive! This dresser gets Paul's Gold Seal of approval! Now I need to find matching end tables for the sides of my bed!

High quality materials and craftsmanship will not disappoint the discerning. The top and sides appear to be constructed of real wood... the real deal if you will. Smooth operating drawers guided by actual slide mechanisms instead of merely resting on some sort of rubbing block. Carton is labelled "Made in Vietnam" and I'm not sure how I feel about that but I'll leave that up to you. Here's something you don't encounter every day... unit is described as "Assembly Required" but in actuality it comes fully assembled, including the drawers being fully installed complete with pulls and guides. THE ONLY ASSEMBLY REQUIRED IS TO SCREW ON THE 4 FEET AND 1 CENTER SUPPORT... that's it. But here's the rub... I was expecting it to arrive in numerous cartons which I would open and then take piece by piece into the room I wanted it for and assemble it near where it was to go. However, being fully assembled it comes in one large carton weighing near 190lbs. You're gonna need some help unpacking it and moving it where you want it to go. Of course no one is ever around when I need them so I had to borrow a few pages from Archimedes playbook to get it in the house, down the narrow hallway and a sharp left turn into the bedroom. I'm pleased to tell you (amazed actually) that I did no damage to the dresser or myself.

A nice simple basic deep dresser. Made well and fully assembled except for the feet. My wife like it and that's all that matters.

Oh my goodness, this was a good purchase. The lumber in this dresser is excellent and heavy (174 lbs). It was stained beautifully and was shipped with tough honeycombed cardboard so there was not a single scratch on it. The drawers are wood and have quality hardware, Not one piece of particle board in this dresser. I'm glad to find Home depot sells furniture.
