The fandelier is illuminated by four fully-dimmable, 5.5-watt LED amber bulbs (included) that will last up to 15,000 hours. The included remote can independently control fan speed and light brightness so you can customize the airflow and lighting in seconds. Backed by Hunter's Limited Lifetime Motor Warranty.

Can this be flush mount? What is the measurement from ceiling to base of fan?

AnswerHello, The Boswell Quarter Indoor/Outdoor Dual Mount Ceiling Fan does not feature the ability to be a flush mount and does not feature the ability to be converted to a flush mount. The overall mounted height of the fan is 25-7/16 inches. Thank You

AnswerHello Sharon, The Boswell Quarter Dual Mount Ceiling Fan would not feature the ability to have shades added as the placement of the light bulbs would be too close to the fan blades as well as the top circular portion of the fan frame. Thank You

You would need to determine the length that you would like to use and purchase an accessory downrod of that length as our downrods do not have the ability to be connected to one another. This is a beautiful fixture. The fan is almost silent on low, extremely quiet on medium. You can hear it running on high, but for the amount of air it’s pushing out - the noise doesn’t bother me. We have many windows in my kitchen and this fan helps so much with the heat. It was worth the money for me.
P.S. I didn’t install the “grill” on the bottom of the fan. Didn’t like it, or feel like it was needed.

Perfect
I was little worried about the size of the actual fan, but it pushes out a great amount of air. Haven't experienced any wobbling of the unit as experienced by another reviewer. Assembly of the unit was easy. I wasn't present for installation, but I didn't hear any complaints from the gentleman who installed it for me.
The only odd thing about this fan is that I purchase another fan (Stile brand) and both remotes control both units.

Great look! Easy to assemble. A bit disappointed that the fan blades are plastic like a stand up oscillating fan, and not wood like a traditional ceiling fan. Overall, very happy with the product.

It looks nice once it's mounted. I was a little disappointed with the quality, the 'wood' is really just aluminum painted to look like wood, and the blades on the fan are cheap plastic.
