A: Your issue is likely caused by interference from other devices on the same frequency. Refer to your owner's manual and ensure the frequency dipswitches on all fans are different from each other. If you have already performed this step, try changing the frequency code of the problematic fan again (changing the dipswitch code changes the remote frequency). If that does not resolve your issue, your fan is covered under warranty and you should contact customer service at 1-800-986-3460 to troubleshoot the cause of your issue and order replacement parts.
A: Using a shorter downrod is not recommended by the manufacturer as it may significantly reduce airflow performance.
A: The wall switch will turn off/on power to both the fan and the light at the same time. When the switch is turned on the fan and light will go back to their last settings. So if you have the fan off and the light on when you flip the switch off, the fan will stay off and only the light will turn on when the you flip the switch back on. To control the fan and light individually you will need to use the remote.
A: I don't recall the exact weight of the fan. but from memory I estimate it to be about 20 lbs. It should be mounted and anchored securely. It also does not have Bluetooth capability.
A: The fan assembly weighs approximately 24.4 lbs.
