Difficulty installing
My electrician said he is not able to install this light fixture because the old fixture has a different box. I really want this fixture. How can I help him with this installation to make it an easy fix? I have attached the old fixture base. Thanks

Sockets are not connected together.
Socket wiring looks like they are connected beneath the insulation but they're not. Other than that, fairly straight forward installation.
