The pattern on this laminate is ugly as sin! Approximately one of every 6 planks of the flooring had the appearance of unsanded saw blade scores in it. Just about all of the 16 moulding pieces I ordered had this "feature." It looks like someone stained wood after it had been through a coarse circular saw without sanding out the saw marks. Don't waste your time or $$ on any of these products. The store display featured the best-of flooring planks and patterns in the samples. Also the tongue edge that goes into the groove shred easily, almost like dense cardboard.

We purchased this floor for our home remodel and we couldn't be happier with it! We receive SO MANY compliments on it. We chose it for the price, quality, durability and style and we have not been disappointed. My husband and I laid the floor and it was so easy and very fast to put down. We have raved about this floor to several people and many have asked what kind it is. We are loving it!

I have put down thousands of square feet of laminate flooring. Normally I buy el cheapo Ollie's special flooring. This is by far the nicest I have ever laid. The quality is great, the colors and grain patters are amazing. 12mm thickness makes a world of difference. I got 1,200 sq ft of this flooring delivered to my house. planning to do the entire house except the kitchen and bathrooms. That being said, this has been the hardest floor I have ever tried to lay. If you follow the instructions you will fail every time and never finish. I followed the instructions to a T. Every evening for 3 days I laid the flooring in the living room and had to tear it all back up. The joints would not click lock into place as advertised. It made the boards curl up. The row I was working on stayed in a bind and curled up close to 3 inches off the sub floor. On the 4th day I was 3 rows from finishing the first room and noticed a joint separated near the start. I had to tear the entire room up (25 rows). That is when I started using this ( https://www.homedepot.com/p/Roberts-Pro-Pull-Bar-for-Laminate-and-Wood-Floors-10-18-8/100390108 ) laminate puller. I've used this tool on all of the other laminated I've put down. I had not used it because the instructions said it wasn't needed. I should have started with it. In an hour and a half I managed to tear up all of the flooring and lay it all back down perfectly. In 2 days I laid flooring in a bedroom, dining room, and den with almost zero issues. Never had to take boards up. The laminate puller will save your life.

Good product.goes together well. If is not flat its not locked together correctly. 9 different board patterns so takes some to keep random look. Like the thickness 12 mm. Excellent price. Surface seems very tough. Might be able to go closer to actual square footage as there is very little waste. Cut offs go to starters.
