Looks great in the living room. I did install the light fixture wrong so the glass cover wouldn't fit. But super simple DIY upgrade to a more modern look.
And with the BOND addition to what we got, controlling the fan is a bonus. But be prepared to want to do every ceiling fan in your house.
Definitely worth the upgrade or new install

The Comfort Breeze selection on Emswell's 52 inch Ceiling Fan quickly raises the level of luxury up a notch and over the competition. Feeling a gentle comfort breeze helps to relax and bring calm at the end of the day. It's a really special soothing bonus to an already outstanding ceiling fan. All the construction is well planned and tight fitting. The ceiling fan is balanced well with absolutely no vibration even when set on the fastest speed. The fourth picture shows precisely how the Emswell is perfectly balanced and smooth running, because there is no blurring of the globe light while the fan is on. I love the Mediterranean Bronze finish that has added depth with golden highlights. The LED is bright and the cost savings in energy is even brighter. The pull strings have been replaced with a smart remote control, which is much easier to use. It is a gorgeous ceiling fan that will compliment any room you decide to put it.

Nice Fan, Great Features, Excellent Price
I usually stick with two name brands when buying ceiling fans but I have to say that I am very pleased with this Home Decorators Collection Emswell Fan. It’s not what I would consider a premium quality fan but at its price point, it’s at the top. Installation was fairly easy and took about 30 minutes. The bracket that attaches to the ceiling outlet box has rubber bumpers. I’ve found that fans with these bumpers are usually very stable and wobble-free. The fan body has a nice matte bronze finish with copper accents. The blades looked nice but felt a tad flimsy.
The best part of this fan is in the features. There are no pull chains. Control is strictly by way of the included remote. You can control the fan and light independently. The light which is LED can be dimmed. The fan has a 2, 4, and 8 hour sleep timer. There is also a breeze mode which increases and decreases the fan speed to simulate a blowing breeze. In regards to the LED light, it is more of an LED light board. Light output is very good in my opinion. As for cons, the light is not something you can replace so hopefully it out lives the fan. Also there is no wall mount for the remote. I really don’t like the look of a remote hanging on the wall but it at least helps keep it in a safe place. If the remote is lost, you cannot operate this fan until you get a replacement. Despite that, you are not going to find a nicer fan with these features anywhere near this price point. If it fits your style, I highly recommend.

All's well that's Emswell
The pictures on the product page don't do this fan justice. This fan looks terrific and the LED gives great illumination! No bulbs needed! I love LED and am trying to transition everything in my home. Both sides of the blades are lovely wood tone shades, so it was hard to choose. This is my first fan with a remote feature, and I am loving that too! The remote allows dimmable LED, 3 fan speeds, and an auto-off fan timer for 2, 4 or 8 hrs. The installation instructions are fairly easy to follow, and can be done by one person. Just read the instructions completely before beginning and then follow them step-by-step. I got so excited to get the fan up that I didn't notice the last pages with the remote installation instructions. No big deal, I just undid the top canopy and hooked-up the remote wiring a little later. But I can confirm that you can install the fan without the remote, if that's what you'd prefer. It works fine from my switch and there are no pull strings, but it is not remote only, as one review suggests. During my installation, I was a little concerned because my ceiling electrical box (not the fan) was a little un-level, but due to the design of the fan (ball mount) there is no wobble at all. There's absolutely no noise, either. Definately recommend this fan!

This ceiling fan is a stylish upgrade for any room. It is made out of heavyweight and good quality material. You have two color options for the blades. The metal is a darker colored bronze. The fan has the option to use a remote to control the lights and fan. The fan and remote receiver are easy to install. The light is dimmable and a LED so you don't have to worry about changing light bulbs.

Fan works great! I love having a remote makes it so much easier to change fan speed, turn light on/off, set timer, etc. My only ding would be I wish it had a cooler led light temperature. Where I use it the warmer (yellowish) light is not bright enough. Perhaps they can offer varying led light temperatures or make a swappable light module so you can customize it? Anyway, no regrets, plus it looks as good as it performs.
