    Did anyone get a table 31" high and not 30" per spec?

    Best way to clean the top?

    I lightly dust it with a dry soft rag , after meals or things like that, I wash it off with a light damp soft rag and dry it. If the kids want to do anything very messy , I throw an old table cloth on top and do not worry about it.

    Seating capacity says 4, but the description says easily sits 6 people. Which is it?

    Can easily seat 8, but could really seat 10 (depending on the chairs used) 6 on the sides and 2 on each end. It is a very generous sized table.

    Hello Alicia - The nail head are raised around 4-5 mm and we have never heard of issues of the obstruction if anyone tries to eat on the table. They are used to make the table look rustic and handmade.

    Is this made of solid wood? Are there any wood vaneers used?

    one of my favorite purchases!
    This is a solid table. There are variations in color as it is real wood vs veneer. (Thats what we were going for!) The hammered buttons on top give it such a nice accent, and overall the table has so much character. Couldnt beat the price either! Appears well made and I’m hoping it will hold up. I paired the table with black, cross-back chairs and everything tied together so nicely. Love my new dining room now!

    I have been looking at dining tables, not in any hurry but just keeping an eye open when this one popped up on my home Depot suggestions. Thought it looked perfect! I wanted something not obnoxiously huge, but big enough to sit 8 people if I wanted. This table is rustic, charming, beautiful and unique. It seems to be well made, of course time will tell. It looks like a family heirloom, unlike all the copycat tables you see out there. I just love it!

    This table is definitely a statement item! It is a beautiful Mango wood, very heavy and a hard wood. The pins around the edge are hammered and very attractive. The legs are sturdy and the table feels very solid. I am most pleased with this purchase. Overall, the table feels like one purchased at a much higher price point. That being said, Mango wood has natural imperfections, so if that sort of thing bothers you, you may want a more highly finished piece. It was very simple to screw the legs in and that was the only thing needed to finish it. You will need 2 people to lift it, it is really heavy.
