These wine glasses have a nice, contemporary look. They are somewhat wider than a regular champagne flute and can hold quite a bit of wine, buyer beware. The lip is smooth and fairly thin, which is a mark of a quality wine glass in my opinion. The rim does not hit my nose when I tip it up. I think one could use these for white and rosé as well with little disapproval from fellow oenophiles. The bases are stable, at least for the first couple glasses.

These champagne flutes are pretty cool. First, they are not your mother's traditional flutes. Yeah, they're fluted but they are bigger, more contemporary and they're actually lighter, too. The first thing you'll notice is how much larger the bowl is on these glasses versus a traditional flute. That's right: you won't have to pour as often! Next, the stem is lightweight but fits in your hand pretty well and the base is sufficient to support the glass without taking over the entire look. If you like to take in the bubbly, this is a contemporary spin on that pastime and your guests will comment on how much they like them- I know ours did.

One thing that doesn't seem to last around our home is Champagne glasses. They aren't used much, but when they are we seem to lose one or two to breaking in or before being placed in the dishwasher. These flutes seem to be stronger and are dishwasher safe which is always a plus! While not used often in our home it's important to keep on hand for guests or special moments when its time to pop the bubbly.

I'm not sure if everyone is like this but our family enjoys drinking out of the thin glasses. The problem with that is they are more expensive and break a lot easier so we go through them fairly quickly. Anyone with kids will understand this. These crystal cocktail glasses are thin, they way we like it, and at a reasonable price. They are thin but still feel heavy and not cheap. I like them.

I'm not sure if everyone is like this but our family enjoys drinking out of the thin glasses. The problem with that is they are more expensive and break a lot easier so we go through them fairly quickly. Anyone with kids will understand this. These champagne/memosa flutes are thin, they way we like it, and at a reasonable price. They are tall, like most flutes, at almost 10" so you might want to check your cabinets before you get these. They are thin but still feel heavy and not cheap. I like them.

WAY BETTER than yesterday’s Champagne flutes. At a full 12 ounces this is a real drink glass for seltzer, Kombucha, sparkling wine, Bellinis, champagne and anything you can think of with bubbles in it. The quality is as good as The Germans who own a lot of this business and the big brands which show up online and in stores. The quality of a solid one piece stem to base with a very thin stem and the thinnest rim I have seen. Wash with the best dishwasher brands for a crystal clear finish. .

These lead free crystal glasses are for your elegant cocktails, preferably with guests. As they are delicate, I would not try to put them under the ice dispenser, as they might break, but that is the delicate part. My wife volunteered to make a "shaken, not stirred" Manhattan for the demonstration and you can see that it makes for an excellent presentation!
