We make this product for Home Depot and they are the ones that decide when it's production should stop. If you plan on getting this product, I would go ahead and get what you need at one time that way you will be able to get the same run date.

Leftover residue will form a dull film.• DO NOT use steel wool or scouring pad, as they will scratch the floor.• DO NOT use any dust cleaners, as they may cause your floor to become slick or damage the finish.• DO NOT use vinegar.• DO NOT use any All-Purpose or Multi-Purpose cleaners.• DO NOT use wet sweeper pads. Dry sweeper pads can be used.

Thanks for your question. Fishers Island Wood was only out of stock; it has not been discontinued. I show plenty of stock in our warehouse so you should be able to order it now. Also, in reference to the warranty, if you were to ever have an issue with the product, we normally issue a credit for the product costs and do not provide actual product. We do this because Home Depot has control over which products they sell so when they discontinue a product (and since they're our exclusive retailer) we stop manufacturing it. Thanks for your question. We do not manufacture the trim but it looks like the only coordinating stair piece is a stair nose. I don't see why not. I put it directly on concrete. The only issue i can see would be sliding pieces on the plywood to make connections. It was even tough to tap into place on concrete with out damaging the planks.

Thanks for your question. This product is fine over hydro and electric elements as long as they're buried at least 1/2" below the surface of the concrete and the temperature does not go over 85°F.

Thank you for your question-Installation should start in a left-hand corner and proceed from the wall with the tongue facing the wall. We recommend installing planks by inserting the tongue into the groove. It can be hard to install the planks backwards and there's always the chance they can come UN-engaged. .
