Simply Beautiful
I purchased these floors and they are everything and more that I expected them to be. Installed in the lower level of my truck-level home myself and now I can’t wait to do my main floor living space.

    Cracks in Floor already
There are cracks in the boards already. A warranty claim was filed and my uncle was told the warranty won't cover it because the installation guide states that we shouldn't have installed underlayment underneath. See picture - underlayment use is fine.

      Nice flooring
Great flooring for a great price! We did our main living area and master bath in this flooring! My dog makes a mess by the puddles with his water bowl and with all the water from the bathroom, the flooring is still doing perfect after 2-3 years of having it down.

VERY sturdy.... But ONLY if installed correctly.
We've had this flooring installed in our son's bedroom for about a year now. My boys are really hard of things. They spill things and don't clean it up, they move their METAL beds around, they are very very messy. We also have two dogs and two cats. These floors are still as perfect as they were when we bought them! However, I will say that you absolutely MUST install this floor correctly if you don't want it to get ruined. And to be honest, it's a bit of a bear to get installed correctly. Below, I listed the most important things you'll want to know 1. Glue or nail the first row down to keep if from moving during installation. Screws will obviously hold better but will leave marks so stay close to the edge and cover with trim. You can remove the screws after installation. 2. You absolutely need a rubber mallet to install this floor. Once you've got the piece set into the grove as far as possible, use a scrap piece on the opposite side as a tapping block (this protects the grooves) and the rubber mallet to tap it in the rest of the way. 3. Run your hand over the joint. If you feel even the SLIGHTEST ridge, use the rubber mallet and pound downward on the joint to get the piece completely flat. If you ensure every single piece is perfectly flat and there are no spaces in the joints, this floor will hold up beautifully. We've installed a TON of variations of floating floor and stick down floor. This is the only one that I'd be willing to use again. I do think the results are specific to this brand also because my mother just put in a very similar (but much more expensive) floor and it's already coming apart at the seams. Although this was a bit difficult to put down correctly, I think that's actually what makes it so durable. We loved it so much that we installed it in a second bedroom (our daughter's) and it is holding up perfectly in that room also. We did accidentally put the dresser down on top of a misplaced screw and we scratched the floor in my daughter's room the first day. BUT that was an extreme circumstance where we literally pressed down with a shop object and scooted, I am sure any flooring option would have gotten scratched.

              Sad and costly
Haven't had the flooring in a month and it's cracking and chipping.

                Not Pleased at All
I've have had these floors for about two years now and currently researching a different manufacture and material. I researched this product well before purchasing and while the ordering, delivery and installation went well, the product does not live up to its reviews. It has "creased" for the lack of a better word. I can only describe it as , it looks like stress damage when two ends meets with too much force. The floors were professionally installed and all I can remember is the guy tap, tap, tapping all day because how gentle he was with joining pieces. and making sure all the spacers were just right. The floors had zero damage for months after install and I was quite happy and then I started noticing these creases here and there through out the house with no rhyme or reason. It finally occurred to me that these creases were most likely created when moving heaving furniture across the floor. What a waste of money and time. There aren't a lot of them but you have to tear up almost a whole room to get to one plank and then install all over again. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless they could assure me they had floating furniture, or that their only furniture was bean bags.
