Sink quality and materials problems
This corner sink & cabinet was bought and installed October of 2022 3 months later hot water cause a huge crack across the middle I did put the tile glue to seal the crack to stop the leak then a few days ago this is August of 2023 accidentally a small bottle drop in the sink and boom a hole was there I’m not recommending this product

Love this color!!
This vanity is beautiful. We have received so many compliments on it. We switched out the faucet and knobs and love the outcome with our color scheme.

Cute but poor quality. The sink cracked
We had this sink installed and added a tile backsplash. The sink is paper thin, it cracked all the way through, leaking into the cabinet. We have owned it less then a year. It is going to be a very expensive replacement and fix. A waste of money.

Countertop
Loved it until it started getting spots in the counter top. This is a hall bath that rarely gets used. This spot is from soft soap plastic bottle sitting on it for less than a week. There are other small spots too. I should've paid more attention to the other reviews about this. I feel like I'm stuck with a vanity that will continue to spot. I've had it for about 5 months. Very disappointed.

Color Matching
This vanity should really be a true white. It's not. Definitely creamy.
I went on a hunt to find the closest match for trim, and these were the best I could find. From the top down is

When positioned in natural window lighting, Swiss Coffee is the best match.

Still looking good
I bought this for my parents house a year ago and it still looks great. It was so difficult to find a corner vanity with the dimensions they needed at a fair price. I was not trying to spend over $1,000. I got this on sale for $450 I believe. Maybe less. Any who, there are no water stains of any sort. My mom is an avid cleaner and we read instructions included with the product. People often forget to read “stuff”. I’ve attached a photo in case people tossed it. It’s also under the description.

Help
It's a cute vanity for a small space but I didn't realize the sink would be so small. Had it installed 2 weeks ago in guest bath. It hasn't been used. I wiped it down today and noticed a dark stain on the granite top. I saw another review with pictures of hideous dark stains and have concerns. Does anyone know what type of sealant should be used. Help

Disappointed
We bought two of these vanities with the mirror cabinet for our brand new house. After a few weeks of use, one granite counter started to darken in places. After reading reviews we bought a sealer but it has not helped. Very disappointed. Otherwise love the look and quality

We are sorry that you are having issues with the top. The instructions that came with the vanity advise to seal again before use. A light sealer is applied at the factory but unless spills are wiped up asap then some staining can occur. However this tends to go away when the top dries out. If you have not done so already please email us at hdc@avanity.net with pictures so we can evaluate and send further instructions for fixing this problem. Very Cheaply Made
I installed this on February 28, 2020. It is now June 14, 2020. The paint is already cracking and chipping along the base of the vanity. Also the vanity is clearly made out of particle board and as already displaying "soft spots" from mild water damage. I haven't even finished the bathroom reno and this vanity is breaking. Very disappointed.

Please send pictures of the issue to hdc@avanity.net so we can better assist you with either repair or replacement. Also the vanity is not made of particle board. It is made of MDF with a solid wood frame.
