not happy
Product shows major wear after a year. It looks awful. Its embarrassing that i spent this much on a product that didnt last. If i could give it zero stars i would. Sadly i cant afford to replace it.

GORGEOUS!!!
Really love the look and thickness of this laminate flooring. The thickness maxe it harder to install because I wasn't strong enough to click them into place on my own.
That being said, it's the perfect flooring for our 4 seasons room and water resistance.

Great floor, but be gentle when installing
Really attractive floor. Very sturdy. There are a lot of comments here about chipping. I found out early on that you have to be gentle with the tracks when installing. Instead of using the block on the lip when tapping in, use it on the edge of the plank. Once I made that change, I didn’t have any issues whatsoever.
Once it was installed, it looked and felt great. Very sturdy. Just be mindful when installing and you’ll be fine. If someone is installing for you, tell them the same.

Poor quality
It chips very easily. It’s only been one day since I installed the floor and is already bubbling. I regret buying this type of floor. Not worth what I paid for, plus labor. It’s a beautiful floor but quality sucks.

Its already bubbling.
We install this laminate less then two years ago and we take really good care of it but is already bubbling.
This laminate was suppose to be 24h waterproof too even that we havent never let any water touch it.

Beautiful Flooring
I’m so glad I disregarded the negative comments and went wth this floor. You can’t beat the quality for the price. It took a while to figure out how to install, but this floor is super durable and beautiful.

Do not buy this junk
Not even 2 weeks after installed chips and finish feel completely off called for the warranty Nd it dose nothing it’s not there fought and u don’t get no warranty so do not waste your time and I didn’t get no money Back lossed 1300$ plus labor

Hayes River Oak
I went back and forth for weeks between luxury vinyl and laminate. The Home Decorators Hayes River Oak is beautiful. It the right amount of dark. Texture. Even has lines on each Plank to look real. I bought the matching stairs. A bit pricey but worth it. if you have a platform stair, my contractor recommends using a tile and a stair tread. Not the nose it sticks up a little too much. hopefully it stands the test of time. But for now I'm thrilled
