A: Yes, the circuit board (also referred to as the motor controller) can be replaced if it ever stops working. To troubleshoot and order replacement parts, please contact customer service at 1-800-986-3460.
A: Pairing instructions can be found in the owner's manual. First, set the dipswitch in the battery compartment of all remotes to the "1" position to set them to paired mode. You will then need to turn off power to all fans from the wall switch or breaker. After a few seconds, restore power to just the first fan you want to pair. Press the "learn" button in the battery compartment of the remote and the fan's light will flash on and off to indicate it has been paired. Repeat the process for the remaining fans. Video instructions can be found on the manufacturer's website here: https://www.tal-usa.com/remote-fan-list/64-kensgrove
A: This fan model has an airflow rating of 10,590 CFMs at the highest speed setting.
A: The wet rating indicates that this fan is safe to install indoors and in outdoor locations where it will be exposed directly to rain/moisture. However, the wet rating does not mean the fan can be submerged in water or sprayed directly with a hose. The electrical connections will also need to be covered from above to prevent water from getting inside. All other parts of the fan, such as the blades, do not need to be covered.
