    A:  Yes, the wood is sealed however we do not recommend placing any glasses that could produce moisture without any protection. We suggest using a coaster or wiping up any excess moisture immediately.

        A:  It does not look treated. I have not set anything on it with out a coaster or something under the glass. A wine glass is fine, but anything that might sweat would probably leave a mark if left for a long time. This table is very good quality though. I love it!

        A:  Not positive, but I wouldn't sit on the wicker. I don't think it's made to hold a person's weight.

        A:  Hi Kim, The max load weight for this product is about 88 lbs. A person can not sit on. It's function is just a coffee table so that we should not sit on this. Thank you for your question.
