Kimberly 4-Light Crystal and Polished Chrome Sputnik Chandelier

I bought this light to go over my conversation area in my living room. It’s absolutely stunning! I had a professional electrician hang it and he got it done very quickly!! I love it! Highly recommend!!

So far so good, I have read some bad reviews on this light. It's a beautiful piece and it's will most definitely brighten our kitchen either elegant look. The bad reviews got me worried about the crystals fallen from the heat from the light bulb and the crone changing colors.

This is a nice looking modern fixture, which is a bit larger than expected. Assembly was simple but took a whole as you put together all the rods and crystals. As other reviewers have mentioned, if you are doing this yourself (and alone), would suggest first installing the light to the ceiling, and then fully assemble it as it's VERY heavy and cumbersome. Overall the look is good, though it's definitely for a certain aesthetic and the size is a bit funky - it's somewhere between a small dining room or a large foyer in terms of fit.

The light lools goods, however it weighs a ton once you add the plastic blocks. You almost need a ceiling fan bracket to hold tje light up

The Home Decorators Collection Kimberly 9-Light Crystal and Matte Black Sputnik Chandelier was ordered for our bathroom to add some modern flare. Upon unboxing the chandelier, I was pleased with the quality of the fixture, but this one does take quite a bit of assembly. The assembly is not difficult, but it takes longer than most other chandeliers that I have assembled and installed. With the use of simple hand tools, installation took 25 to 30 minutes. The fixture does not include the candelabra base lightbulbs. I ordered LED candelabra bulbs from homedepot.com which worked perfectly. One thing to note is the threaded insert for one of the crystals came looks so I had to reglue it myself. Overall 4 out of five stars for the price point.

I was really impressed at the solid, quality glass ends to this fixture....you need room to install it...so high ceilings or vaulted...... quite an eye piece. packaged well, good instructions, like the new matte black look.....and you can adjust the length to pretty much any lenght due to all the metal extension pieces. I do think the sputnik name is appropriate...lol

We got this light as a statement piece for our entryway. It definitely does that. Assembly is straightforward if a little tedious. There are a LOT of crystals (24 to be exact) that need mounting on rods and then on to the light body. Again, not difficult, just tedious. The nice thing is that you can decide how far down from the ceiling you want this to hang (a minimum of 12 inches, but up to 6 feet). Just make sure you leave enough wire to make the electrical connections if/when you trim off the extra wire. I would HIGHLY recommend waiting to install the lights and crystals especially if you are doing the installation alone. The only negative I have is you have to buy the lightbulbs for the light separately.

I REALLY like this fixture! Assembly was really easy and the crystals were heavy, solid and are to be screwed into the skinny metal poles that also screw into the main base of the fixture. The lightbulbs do not come with the light. You will need 9 each E-12 bulbs (chandelier type) that do not exceed 40W each. There are 7 poles included so you can decide how long this light hangs down from the ceiling......Two 6 inch poles and five 12 inch poles which all screw in flush to each other. There are 24 crystal cubes that are in a well-packaged box inside the main package. The mounting bracket and ceiling canopy are also included. I would greatly suggest having another person hold this fixture when you're wiring it because it's quite heavy. This matte black fixture is going to be mounted in my finished basement in a modern living space and will look perfect in there! The last picture shows assembled light but I didn't have the chandelier bulbs yet.
