Very thick tile that needed a 5/16 strip which no one Carrie’s in white. I had to go to a special tile shop to get the right one. Tile looks nice. It’s just installed so I haven’t tested it out yet. Used for shower wall

I was worried after reading negative reviews. My contractor felt confident that porcelain tile would be tough and not to worry. The shower turned out beautiful and no major tile issues. Beautiful Glamorous Tile

Originally wanted the grey and white tile, ordered the brown in error. Turned out really nice in the end though.

I used this tile for the floors in my small bathroom renovations. It gave it a clean bright and polished look. The space in my small bathroom looks even bigger now.

Installed this tile in our master bath. We chose the polished tile because we loved the look, but we were concerned if it would be slippery in the bathroom. After about a month, we have had no issues with it being slippery. I installed the tile using the Schluter Ditra membrane on a plywood subfloor. Used modified mortar between the subfloor and Ditra and unmodified mortar between the Ditra and tile. I used a 3/16” grout line since this was the first time I laid large format tile and wanted to avoid lippage. Since I used a 3/16” grout line I had to use sanded grout. I had no issues with the sanded grout damaging the polished tile. I used the Polyblend platinum sanded grout that matched perfectly.

Nice tile to install. Used Redgard coating on required 1-1/8” total thickness plywood subfloor as a bonding layer for the Custom LFT mortar using 1/2x1/2 trowel. Be sure to back-butter the tiles before setting in the mortar and trowel lines should be perpendicular to the long edge of the tile to reduce trapped air. Leveled the tiles with Spin Doctor levelers to minimize lippage. Finished install with Custom white non-sanded grout. Corners were prone to chipping during handling! So be careful when setting them. They cut nicely with minimum edge scalloping using a quality Diamond saw blade. Overall pretty happy with the install... Kind if a pain to dry lay out the tile to achieve pattern uniformity but worth the effort in the long run...

Thanks to Home Depot and their selection of porcelain tiles.we were able to get the resort like feel. We ordered a stone effects countertop at the Hermitage store and your employees were so helpful. We installed lifeproof final floor in seasoned wood . Thanks for having all that was needed and being there during our pandemic.

I bought the polished version to use on the floor of my bathroom renovation. That was the first mistake - should've bought the matte version. The tiles were installed on Schluter Ditra using Ridgid LevelMax anti-lippage spacers. Per the Ditra recommendations for installation on cement subfloor, I used unmodified thinset (Mapei Uncoupling Membrane Mortar) above and below the Ditra. Here's the problem - just about everywhere that I installed a spacer, I have a circular scratch in the tile glaze. Considering I used around 6 spacers per tile, there are about 6 half-circles of scratches on each one. You can easily see the scratches when the bathroom lights reflect on them. I am extremely disgusted that I'm strongly considering ripping out a brand new floor from my bathroom and redoing it, because the tiles scratched so easily. In hindsight, I should've ordered Spin Doctor protection shields, that go underneath the screw-on part, to protect the tile surface. Pretty sure they would work with the LevelMax, since they're basically the same system. Too bad Home Depot doesn't make or sell them for their LevelMax system or give you any warning that your brand new tiles may be scratched. I've read most of the reviews for these tiles and the LevelMax system and can't believe nobody else has the same complaint. The polished version should only be used on walls, where they won't face much abrasion.
