A: The power line then must be direct back to breaker box for the fan motor since the light is bypassed to the separate switch. Normally you would just turn the switch off. Other than killing the breaker if this is the way it is wired then there is no other option. The key is to get your remote working again. Email service@summer-wind.info with name, address and request a new remote system. They will replace for free so you can get your fan running properly again.
A: Unfortunately, there is no option but the 3000K that is provided in the box, which is warm white.
A: This sounds like a remote system failure, specifically the receiver. Send an email to service@summer-wind.info with name, address and request and they will replace free of charge.
