really expensive bad sliding drawers among other things

I didn’t realize some damage till after I put it up. Then I started taking a better look at everything. It looks like someone nailed it together was drunk. There isn’t one square edge where things meet flush and then there’s hot glue around spots where the nails or staples mist. And the drawers don’t slide very well either. For this expensive product, you would expect it to come perfect, but there were several issues. I don’t know where to begin. I’ll just take a picture of the inside so you can see how they thought this was good enough. I reached out to customer service. They said they would not help me. They would not honor the one year warranty and because it was past 30 days they would give me nothing. For a hime dyi this hurts bad I would not buy these products. I would not recommend these products.

The quality of the cabinet is great! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good solid cabinet. I rated the product as a 3 because of the condition of the cabinet that was delivered to the store. The packaging was damaged and we spoke with Steve at the delivery desk about it. We did not open the packaging in the store because we wanted to protect the cabinet in the back of our truck. When we got home and opened the cabinet, as expected it was damaged. Honestly, it was too much of a hassle to bring it back because it took weeks to receive. It was a lot of money to spend on a damaged cabinet.

Beautiful cabinets at a great price

I found these cabinets after falling in love with another brand that was nearly identical but double the price and well out of my budget. After reading other reviews, I made sure to order them well in advance of my contractor's start date, and was glad that I did. No problem at all with workmanship or quality, however, a door was badly damaged in shipping. The customer service team was a pleasure to work with and sent a new door quickly.

Recessed panels not centered

I purchased this in August, but due to remodel delays I am just now putting hardware on. Measured & centered from the inner edge, then when I measured from the outer edge it wasn’t centered. The width of the framing on the left was more than the right side. Very disappointed & didn’t think this was something I would ever need to measure. They are already installed & I have drilled the holes for the top smaller drawers.

Wonky drawer fronts

The drawer fronts were put on horribly. They are unevenly spaced, causing them to rub/hit each other. Will have to correct them myself. Which is annoying for the cost of these drawer cabinet units but at this point the project must be completed so not enough time to exchange for most likely a similar issue (all 3 cabinet units have front issues)

WORST CABINETS EVER. Paint pulls off with the plastic.

These cabinets WERE wonderful 5 years ago! NOT ANYMORE! Now they are poorly made and shoddily assembled. The backs are stapled on instead of screwing and gluing. If they do glue parts of them, the glue runs down the panel whether it is on the inside or outside. They are not attached evenly so that one side has to be shimmed 1/2" to make them level. The backs are not attached cleanly. There may be gaps between the back and sides. Although the assembly is horrific, it is not nearly as bad as the paint job. The paint doesn't even adhere to the cabinet well enough to peel the plastic off. I ordered skins and the paint doesn't cover the edges of the skins. What do I need unpainted skins for? Nothing.

My husband and I are homeowners who took on a 50% contractor and 50% DIY kitchen remodel. The contractor did the demo and the wall builds, we did the cabinets, countertop, installations, painting, etc. Price context: For 8 cabinets we were getting custom quotes of about $7000 from local stores and it was beyond our budget. We were able to get 8 cabinets, the panels, and toe kick from this collection for about $4000 (we got them during a pre-Black Friday sale). We have two pieces of advice. 1) If you live near a store, it is convenient to have things delivered there so you can immediately return/replace it. 2) Give yourself plenty of lead time for said returns/replacements. Hardware: The hardware seems pretty decent. Nice soft close. However, the hardware wasn’t pre-drilled by the manufacturer, so there are some places where the wood has split as a result. Would we do this again? Likely not, but we would be equipped with better information to make it less stressful.

Disappointed

This kitchen cabinet was ordered On-Line, it is not available for view at stores. When I opened the top drawer, it and the hardware fell out. The hardware holding the drawer was missing. I am not a fan of this product and would buy a different product from a different store if I could return it and start the process over. I was unhappy with my experience when it came to product delivery, product condition, product design, and product support. I do not recommend this cabinet. Please see attached pictures

Not of Fan

This kitchen cabinet was ordered On-Line, it is not available for view at stores. This cabinet arrived Broken. The 1st drawer was lying in the bottom of the package. The front was cracked and the back corner split open. I am not a fan of this product and would buy a different product from a different store if I could return it and start the process over. I was unhappy with my experience when it came to product delivery, product condition, product design, and product support. I do not recommend this cabinet. Please see attached pictures.
