The 6-light black linear island pendant light with crystals from Home Decorators Collection will make your home stunning and elegant. I easily installed the light in my dining room, but I’ve also seen them installed in kitchens and entry ways. The bracket which connects to the ceiling box has a wire to connect the light fixture to assist when you're wiring it up. The clear glass prisms with the black frame is what adds the stunning look. The direction booklet was very easy to follow and the longest part of the installation was hanging the individual crystals. When the light shines through the crystals you get a beautiful clitter in the entire room. We had a dinner party the day I installed the light and I received so many compliments that our friends thought it was professionally installed by a large lighting company. They were all shocked when I told them that this is just one of the beautiful lights which Home Decorators Collection makes. So, if you want to be the hit of your neighborhood, I suggest you install one soon!

This is a very elegant looking chandelier. The minimalism of the frame to which the glass pieces attach is a great base for the glass. It really allows the look of the glass to stand out, rather than be lost in a gaudy framework. The designers did a very good job of creating this and I am rather looking forward to having it be a part of our design.

The Home Decorators Collection North Falls 5-light chrome crystals pendant light is Stunning! This light really is a WOW! It would suit any décor as a focal point and conversation piece at any family gathering or party especially during the holidays. We plan to add the appropriate colored lightbulbs according to each holiday festivity to make the holiday parties and celebrations a lot more fun. It will be beautiful to see the different colors bouncing off these high quality shimmering beveled glass crystal prisms. The hanging hardware and the installation booklet are included for easy installation. Highly recommend this stunning light.

My wife and I installed this light in about an hour. Placing all the prism glass pieces around the three rings took the most time. We replaced a 30 year old fixture. This one is more contemporary, and our dining room is more traditional, but we like how the light looks in there. They give you enough chain and wire to hang this light fixture in a 2 story foyer, but we put it in the dining room first. We didn’t cut the wire or chain, just in case we changed our minds, and wanted to put it in the foyer. Nice brightness and is dimable. It takes 5 candelabra bulbs, not included. Now we’ll trim the wire and chain, since we will keep it in the dining room.

I received this Home Decorators Collection North Falls 5-Light Chrome Crystals Pendant a few days ago and am totally impressed at the beauty of these crystals. They go perfectly with the chrome. The only problem that I encountered is putting each crystal on individually, it's very time consuming but worth the wait. Also the little metal pieces that hook onto the chrome frame are very fragile. It is a totally gorgeous Chandelier though. The beveled crystals make the light shine beautifully.

It's a very pretty fixture. The bulb's lights don't radiate light throughout the entire fixture. It only lights the immediate area around the bulb. I'm going to play around with different bulbs in hopes I can get the light to spread. The chrome is very shiny and doesn't leave fingerprints. The assembly was very tedious. I didn't count the crystals but there are a large amount of them. Each crystal has a hook on one end. That hook had to feed through pre-drilled holes on the fixture. Once fed through you have to straighten the hook and bend the hook to keep the crystal in place. The other end of the hook goes through the crystal but that part isn't bent tight so I had several hooks fall off. I don't know how many crystals there are but it's a lot of them. I was very grateful when I put the last crystal on.

This is a beautiful chandelier with triangular crystal pendants, it cascades beautiful light all across the room as can be witnessed in the photos of this review. You may want to wear gloves when assembling the chandelier to prevent fingerprints from contaminating the crystal pendants. And there are a lot of them! 104 to be exact. So be prepared to spend a bit of time hanging each pendant individually, and the hanger does not come bent with a hook already, we simply inserted it in the hole and bent the wires straight down to hold it in place. It seemed the fastest way to do it, and it held them in place very nicely all at the same height. We hung ours with the diamond part of the crystal facing inward and the flat surface outward. There are sockets for five chandelier style light bulbs. I went with LED light bulbs in mine. You need a bit of a tall ceiling to hang this light, we didn’t even use the chain when hanging it from an 8-foot ceiling because we wanted to be able to walk under it. They provide all the hardware necessary and there were no surprises during installation.

my wife wanted a new light over the kitchen table, she liked this one so i ordered it. it arrived in 5 days very well packed and in new condition. the light looks to be very well made and the crystals are good quality glass. the install is basic and the chain length is 5 feet so you can adjust the height. we love the look of this light and are very happy with it.

Weighing in at just on 17 lbs. this light fixture is quite heavy and therefore should be connecting to a ceiling outlet box which in turn is screwed onto a joist for added security and safety. Common sense ---right!? This metal fixture body is smooth that has no sharp edges with a superb paint finish. The holes around both the upper and lower tier are neat and uniform. The glass hanging prism crystals, in which there are 105 of them, of which are spare, fit perfectly with little or no risk of falling out if slotted in correctly. The installation is straight forward, as are the crystals, which I may add took longer than the installation did I am using B12 9 W LED bulbs, which are the equivalent to a 60 W incandescent and these are more than adequate for the lighting in a room of 15X18 The black sturdy chain is adjustable using a pair of pliers to ease the link apart and to close it when the height of the fixture is achieved. I actually like the light I have hanging above my kitchen table but when I added new brick wallpaper accent wall I now need a new light with some oomph. I like anything glam so when I saw this Home Decorators Collection North Falls pendant I knew I had to have it! What I especially love about it is that it’s very similar to the vintage Hollywood Regency chandelier above my dining room table. I also have a similar ceiling fan, which all have the hanging, faceted acrylic crystals. I’m very impressed with the simplicity of the frame. I plan to spray paint mine a lighter color and this design is perfect for that. All I have to do is cover the candelabra receptacles so no paint gets inside. Lightweight metal but when you add the crystals, it’s quite heavy so should be hung from a ceiling joist. Metal frame has numerous tiny holes that you place each crystal into. Hang the light first then place each crystal piece, which are all the same size. The design of this tiered light is fantastic because it gives the appearance that the crystals are different sizes. Another thing that will look great with this light is a ceiling medallion. I was just in Home Depot the other day where I saw an ornate 16 inch ceiling medallion but unfortunately I have an ac vent right where the medallion would go. I could still cut the medallion around the vent though and just might do that. Decor is all about making it your own. The only thing I don’t like about this light is that when you close the crystal hardware that attaches them to the frame, the two closures ends that meet face outside and the decorative part faces inside. It would look better the other way around. Comes with installation hardware, canopy, chain, crystals, and an instruction book. Also includes extra crystals and crystal hardware. Simple electrical connections. Uses five B10 (candlebra) bulbs. Number for customer service included and has a five year warranty, which is great. Highly recommend this gorgeous crystal pendant light.
