I really like this fan. I've had it for a month. Its sleek, elegant, and has a unique look - much better than a fan with metal or plastic blades. It moves air decently. The light is bright and dimmable. The only thing I don't like is that the light is focused straight down, similar to a spotlight rather than more dispersed light, but that's not a deal breaker since it still lights the room, just differently than I thought. I've recently seen a couple high end fans with this rich wood propeler look but they were $500 or $600, so this is a much better price. Overall this is a great fan.

LOVE THE PRODUCT AND HOW IT LOOKS IN OUR REFINISHED BEDROOM. We have it hooked up to two different light switches so we can have both the fan and light on simultaneously or just keep the light switch for the fan on and use the remote. It works great and looks amazing!

Overall this is a great fan! It can be tricky to assemble. You have to completely assemble the rod, rod covers, and run the wiring through all these pieces before hanging. If not, you'll find yourself taking it all apart. The blades are ultra light... The finish on the blades doesn't seem to be top notch but I'd say that's the only con. I love the remote control ability. If there were any redesign to do, they could create a remote that mounts into a standard wall electrical box.

This is one of the few ceiling huggers I found that I liked and that includes a lot of online retailers. It's advertised as 9" from ceiling to fan blade and that's right on the money. I also needed a light that didn't hang lower than the blades and this one is perfect. It is also of good quality and the remote works well. I knocked off one star because while I have installed a good many ceiling fans with a variety of mounts, I really had to wrestle with this one to get it done. It has the old "slots with screws" design where one pushes the motor up and onto the mount then turns it slightly to engage the slots. Then two screws are added to complete the install. It was quite a chore to get everything lined up but finally got it and am completely happy with it now.

This fan is awesome. The finishes are better than in online photos. Perfect above a bed to keep on low without making you chilled. The led light on a 9'ceiling is enough to light the 240 SQ. FT. room, however it is focused directly below the light. The fan has a reverse switch for in cooler weather. It also has the ability to be hung without a down-rod and closer to the ceiling. We did not have to balance it at all for any speed as it does not wobble. It is silent at all speeds. The only time I hear anything is when turning it on or using the remote to switch speeds. There is a quiet "click", then it is silent again. The down side to this fan is trying to fit the remote receiver and all the wires back up into the electrical box. We even for took off a good 3 feet of wire. Then again, that's the down side of any electrical project. We did have difficulty fitting some of the washers over the bolts that anchor the blades to the fan, but not a big deal. I would absolutely buy this fan again and install it ourselves.
