This is a nice board. It is nice to walk on and looks great. It fits together well. I laid it a month or so ago and the only problem so far is that it got a number of scratches. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I was expecting it to be harder. I think the scratches came from some little concrete crumbs from the under floor squished and ground under plastic knee pads or perhaps shoes. Not sure but in any case there were scratches so you have to be careful with this board just like with hardwood. It lists a jenka rating of 3000 but still it scratched much like hardwood would have. This is in comparison to the following 2 other boards which I laid in other rooms. They are more plastic to walk on and in sound compared to this board which is very nice to walk on. But they don't scratch like this and they were dirt cheap. Having said that, this board is cheap which is why it would have otherwise received 5 stars. If I had the budget I would probably go for a vinyl board like this (https://www.homedepot.com/p/LifeProof-Blue-Ridge-Oak-4-72-in-x-28-35-in-Herringbone-Luxury-Vinyl-Plank-Flooring-22-31-sq-ft-case-I448110L/303336774). At the prices of these boards the underlayment actually seems expensive but a lot of the boards like the one above come with underlayment already attached I believe. I'm just reinstalling this floor because it has very little tolerance for variation in the subfloor. We floated it with underlayment and there was a TON of bounce, with areas that the floors moved almost a full inch. Now we lost time and money and are trying to glue it down, which apparently you can do without buckling issues. It also seems to scratch a lot easier than normal people will be able to avoid. Essentially, you get what you pay for! Also, there were a ton of reviews for this floor when I bought it a month or so ago so it's strange that most of those have disappeared.

The color and wood grain are gorgeous! We did two large rooms and two closets so it was a lot of work. The boards clicked in place just like they were supposed to. Finishing the job with molding was very labor intensive. If the floor holds up for several years then it was certainly worth the effort. The floor is noisy compared to carpet. We wanted something cleaner than carpet so I guess that is the trade off. This bamboo laminate is green gold certified which was the biggest selling point. Since I have allergies we needed a product without dangerous formaldehyde and other toxic fumes. So I you want healthy beautiful flooring I would recommend this product.

Great product for the price. I've used this in about 12 rental properties over the past few years and it seems to be holding up great. Easy to install and work with as well.

The flooring was very simple to install. A chop saw, saber saw, tape measure, pencil, square and straight edge were the only tools I needed.
