I just bought the 30” vanity and my 4 inch drawer pulls I ordered were too big for it. You need to buy the 3 3/4 inch or the 96 mm drawer pulls to match up the with screw holes for this dresser.

Hi robie, I'm unsure, but the Home Decorators Collection Thornbriar vanity does state 30" wide, so based on your measurement of 31" it should work fine, if you're speaking of a 1/2" over-hang on each side. The back part of this cabinet has a large opening for the pipes so I don't think that will create a problem. Thank you for your question. I hope this is helpful.
