my shade will not raise up ! You can see the strings bunch up when trying to raise it ? It has been working ok
my solution to this same problem was to buy another (because I needed the shade) and return the one that no longer raised up. Now I raise them up very, very slowly. Not sure that will work but fingers crossed.
