Q:The spring on the soft-close hinges on the doors and drawers is so tight/strong that I have to yank on them to open. Can they be adjusted? I see one other person commented on this and you suggested a replacement.

Great Vanity
I have loved this vanity since we had it installed during our bathroom remodel about 18 months ago. It’s the perfect size, the Navy color is rich and the vanity top is very pretty and holds up very well. The storage is also very roomy with self closing drawers. I recommend.

Very pleased with the quality of this product. However, the color is a little darker than the photos, which is OK. The marble top is high quality as well.

Beautiful and heavy duty
I am unsure about anything other than finished product since I had a construction company install. I love this vanity. I love the storage and details.

Cracking, bubbling, chipping
Far too expensive for the quality. I purchased this in 2021 and within 6 months there was bubbling on the drawers and cabinet doors, cracking and chipping. How is a bathroom vanity made without making it waterproof. Additionally the countertop is awful and stains very easily. Extremely disappointed in this product and cannot wait to be able to replace it!

We are sorry you are having issues with the vanity, please understand that the vanity is water resistant but not water proof. The paint resists water but it is not impermeable. The vanity has a solid wood frame and MDF panels so spills do need to be wiped up immediately. please take some pictures of this issue and send to hdc@avanity.net along with proof of purchase, we will evaluate and assist you with a solution. Highly Recommended Beautiful Vanity
This vanity is beautiful and the quality seems to be very good so far. The drawers and doors are all slow close. The marble is exquisite. The handles are heavy duty brushed nickel but we have decided to change to black. You have to pull a little hard to open the drawers but I am sure they will loosen up over time. We had it delivered directly to our house and it was delivered inside the house. We opened the box and inspected it with the delivery person to make sure there were no issues. I would recommend this vanity.

High quality and beautiful
We got this vanity in green for our old house and it MADE our master bathroom. The color was so pretty, the top was gorgeous, and everything was very high quality. We are in our new house and will be purchasing this again to redo this master bathroom

love this piece!
bought the 73" in white and marble counter. all the features I love, all in one. no need for a cabinet man, shopping for hardware, hiring a stone fabric ator. it's all and done. I was surprised that the sinks are small, but it's not going ro be a negative.

Looks beautiful, very heavy
I bought this for a remodel of my master bath. I was replacing another 73" builder's grade vanity. It works better as a stand alone instead of in a corner. We modified the wall to get it closer into the corner to avoid dead space. We also had to remove the top to get it up the stairs from the basement garage it. So I would recommend delivering as close to install and room as possible! It looks wonderful. I didn't know it had soft close drawers and doors, so that was a great surprise.
