Product Details

Give your home a designer custom look with PVC composite bi-fold doors. These beautiful doors are offered in three styles: Louver/Louver, Louver/Panel, and 6-Panel. Louver/Louver has fashionable 3 in. louvers top and bottom, Louver/Panel has 3 in. louvers at the top and raised panel at the bottom, and 6-Panel has three raised panels on each of the two bifold door panels. All three styles have top, middle, and bottom horizontal rails. These doors are also offered in six sizes: 18x80, 24x80, 28x80, 30x80, 32x80, and 36x80 and are offered in white plus four wood tones: Golden Oak, Cherry, Maple, and Dark Teak. Because they are constructed from PVC, they are perfect for high humidity areas such as HVAC closets and laundry rooms. Other suggested uses are closets, room dividers, pantries, and storage rooms. They look great in any room.

Q:Does this brand of PVC doors make a 32 inch bifold

A:  I know they make a 30" (two 15 panels) and a 36, but a 32 might have to be special order. You can always shim up both sides by one inch and use the 30"

    Q:Once installed, can the bifold be released from the track? Opened all the way out? Extended all the way off of the track. Like older models, you could press the spring to release.

    A:  Well, it’s come off the track we have pulled it. I’ve never extend it open to a complete 90° angles but I would think you could.

        A:  Yes, but to keep as much wood as possible in the inserts, I would takie 1/4 from the top and bottom.

          Nice doors unless you have to trim
          Doors are nice but if you have to trim from bottom, plastic inserts difficult to remove. Had to pry them out with small glar head screw driver. Deformed them and did some damage. Not well designed.

            I absolutely love this door! I bought two to replace MDF doors with stretched pivot holes and skins that had come unglued. They were easy to install and didn't have to be painted. Plus they we're reasonably priced relative to similar doors and I am pleased with the quality. And since they're vinyl, there'll be no more splitting.

            Only issue was it came with the hardware. The ad made it appear it did not, so I will be returning the additional hardware I purchased separately.

              Bottom pivot threads don't work
              Not a bad door. Looks nice for utility room. Two issues installing. 1. Bottom pivot adjustment pin slips through threads and cannot be adjusted. I solved the problem by adding 2 nuts, a lock washer in between and a washer on tip to get the height I needed. Pivot bold I think is 3/16 and SAE. Door made in Vietnam and possibly the threads where the pin screws in are metric? Either that or door just was defective. 2. Instructions said to drill a 3/16 hole for knob. 9/64 (almost 3rd of that) worked just fine for me. 3/16 would have been sloppy.
