Home Master Artesian Full Contact with Permeate Pump Reverse Osmosis System solves many of the problems associated with traditional Reverse Osmosis systems. Home Master systems use larger fittings and tubing than traditional reverse osmosis to double the flow rate. Traditional systems produce demineralized water that is pure but acidic. This acidic water attacks the rubber bladder in the storage tank, enters the water stream and affects the taste. The patented Home Master Artesian Full Contact remineralizes the water twice. Our patented remineralization system pH balances the water on the way to the storage tank, and once again on the way to the faucet adding a small amount of calcium and magnesium minerals (30-60 mg/l) - to make the water slightly alkaline and improve the taste. The Artesian Full Contact delivers Mineral Water on Tap by first stripping the water clean, removing up to 98% of chlorine, chloramines, chemicals, heavy metals, dissolved solids, pharmaceuticals and other contaminants using reverse osmosis, sediment and catalytic carbon filtration, then channels the water through the remineralization system twice to add calcium and magnesium minerals from a fresh new source. Included non-electric permeate pump reduces water waste by up to 80% and increases water production by up to 50%. Great Tasting Water and Easy Install!
I looked at many under-counter water filtering options, read many reviews, and then ultimately settled on the Home Master Artesian. After almost 10 months of use, I'm still very happy about my purchase selection.
- The product showed up packed very well!
- The installation was very straightforward and well documented!
- The water taste and quality is excellent!
I had previously had a 3rd party install their system for more than double the price in a previous home. I loved the ability to do the install myself and the product and water quality is better. Hoping my upcoming filter change is just as smooth!

Very easy to install with the installation videos. I bought ice maker kits for my installation. Here is water quality comparision: Filtered water reading( TDS = 14) vs unfiltered water reading (TDS = 540). This can quantify the water quality improvement of this system. I am looking forward to good tasting water and ice. I believe this system provides a good value.

Quality. Savings. Healthier option. Excellent customer service. I am extremely pleased with this product. I can't believe I'm drinking tap water - - it tastes better than the bottled water I had been buying for the last several years. I spend about $450 annually on bottled water. The product including installation by a professional plumber cost me about $600 total, so I'll break even in about a year and a half considering I have to replace out the filters annually. I've been concerned lately about the health effects of drinking bottled water out of plastic containers because of the micro-sized pieces of plastic that get into the water. That problem is eliminated now. The manufacturer's customer service is excellent, I called several times with questions and got useful answers. In summary, I highly recommend this product. You can install this system yourself if you are a handy person. I'm glad I chose a professional plumber (and was lucky to find a very good one at a good price) to install my unit.

This item was delivered and packaged nicely. All items are carefully packaged to ensure no damage. Installation is straight forward and simple. The unit basically assembled and you have to splice into water supply and drain, in addition to mounting filters. About 1 hour max. To completed. The most complex part for me was drilling hole in granite. The online site does a great job in providing good resources on how to complete that step, in addition to online resources on how to drill granite. Product make little noise when refilling; very light, but noticeable when you have a quite house. The product finish is very nice. Water taste is fabulous! Really like how fast the water come out from the unit to fill your glass or pitcher! Very happy with my purchase!

Purchased one of these units from the store in Sandy Utah (4409) Their service was FANTASIC. Took 6 days to arrive.
We were replacing a unit from another company that has given us problems. Spoke with the people at Home Master with a couple questions and they were super easy to get a hold of and great on helping me decide what unit to get. I went with them due to this fact and their warranty.
The Unit took me about an hour to install, however it would have only been about 20 minutes without having to run to Home Depot because I decided to change some parts out.
We have the unit hooked up to our fridge. Dont use the tap that it came with. The water tastes great, I can tell by how much more my family is drinking. The unit really produces a lot less waste than our 3 year old (Watts) unit that we replaced did. The tank only took a couple hours to fill up. The unit that was installed does have the Permeate Pump on it. The pump could be a little loud if it was installed under a sink however it does not run a lot. Ours is in the basement so no worries with that. Its only been a few day so Im not sure how it will work over time, so far so good though.

Drinking Water that just tastes good
Home Master Artesian -- Full Contact Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System with the permeate pump is the system I installed. Prior to this filtration system, we were using about 3 gals. of fluoride free distilled drinking water a day. I installed this myself and I am no plumber. I just used the videos and read the directions carefully. Put the reserve water tank 10 ft below in my basement. The water tastes great, and It tested a neutral Ph level of 8. The system came with the permeate pump installed with the unit. The pump dose not require electricity, and it cuts the time in half to fill the reserve tank, and the permeate pump reduces the amount of waste water down to 1:1... All this works for me. I live in an area where sewer rates are going up, so the less water I used, the better. Installation was fairly easy. I read the instructions and got the right tools for the job. The kit came with a chrome water spout which I could not use. So, I ordered a Venetian Bronze water spout direct from the vendor, Perfect Water Technologies. It was initially out of stock. But, some how they were able to ship one to me right away. I look forward to years of great tasting water. Oh yeah, I don't have to replace filters for a whole year. I looked around before I made this purchase, and I don't recall seeing any similar system that works like this full contact R/O Artesian water system does..

The best under the sink water filter!
We purchased our Home Master Artesian Full contact with Permeate Pump Undersink Reverse Osmosis System on March 27th 20124. we are extremely pleased with this product. it was very easy to install and most importantly the water tastes GREAT! We really appreciate the fact that the cost to replace the filters don't break the bank! I would high recommend this product.

really sweet taste
The tap water in CA in hard I have had a simple tap water filter mounted on the faucet but the water still tasted no different then I started researching for a good quality water filter. This Home Master artesian full contact with permeate pump is the best one for me. It got a pump which provide really fast water flow and 1:1 waste ratio so I got healthy drinking water with only a little bit more water bill( normal ROs have 4:1 waste ratio) and of course it costs more. Installation requires some patience just make sure read the instruction or watch videos on Youtube.com. What you need just a drill with 1/4 drill bit and a cross screw driver.(If you have a high loop air gap which connected to the dishwasher and garbage disposal installed on top of your sink and you don't have another hole for RO faucet you may need to get a spacial drill bit to drill. The RO only need tap water pressure to produce great taste water; it will fill up the tank when it is not full. It makes the best water I have every tasted, even much better than bottled water. Great RO, everybody should make this kind investment for a healthier life.
