Hudson Bay Spas 5-Person 14-Jet Spa with Stainless Jets and Cord Included

We really enjoy our Hudson Bay spa. It gets used basically everyday. The size was just right for our family and the location we placed it on our property.

CONSUMER ALERT!....STAY AWAY FROM HUDSON BAY SPAS AND LPI INC. I purchased a Hudson Bay Spa two years ago and it has been nothing but trouble since Day One! Delivered the day before Thanksgiving 2018, the new spa included a faulty power box. After literally hours on hold and talking to Larry in customer service, they finally shipped me a new power box, but I was on my own to install. After all the excitement of receiving my new hot tub, it was January before my new spa was in working condition. A few weeks later and maybe a dozen uses, it was a faulty top display control; after repeated calls and lengthy hold times, finally got thru to Larry and he quickly shipped me a new top display.....(the first of now several parts shipments to my house)....ahhh, finally I'll l get to enjoy my new spa....WRONG! Longer story shorter, a nice looking tub & cover, Hudson Bay Spas and LPI Inc delivered nothing more than an expensive back porch ornament to my house....and despite documented warranty claims from Day One, they now tell me "Sorry Pal your warranty has expired!" Trust me, STAY AWAY from this product and these people.

This hot tub is amazing. We have had it for 3 weeks now and we have gotten in it every single night. The packaging of the hot tub is not good and the manufacturing company really needs to improve that. The hot tub came only wrapped in plastic and the outer paneling was completely cracked and broken all the way around the tub. We did call the manufacturer (LPI Inc.) to request that they send new paneling and they agreed to ship all new paneling, no questions asked and no problems. I am Very satisfied with this purchase and the customer service we have received from both Home Depot and the manufacturer!

im sory to say not to good the outside is all broken up I did not get a plug to stop leaking im waiting to get it for the repair man thanks

This hot tub hasn't worked right since I bought it, spent more time trying to fix it than enjoying it. Wish I would have spent more on a better brand.

We had some difficulty as cover did not arrive with tub-some damage to side panels-all resolved.The jets are nice & strong..doubt it would fit 5 adults-3 mostly.Works for us.
